Scott P. Engman, 47, of Marquette, passed away on Wednesday morning, November 9, 2016 at UP Health System- Marquette. Scott was born on June 26, 1969 in Hancock to Dennis and Judith (Hokenson) Engman and was a 1989 graduate of Dollar Bay High School. Scott was formerly employed as a certified nurse's aide at the Hancock Medical Care Facility until he came disabled where he had always wanted to become a nurse. In his free time, Scott enjoyed going to the casino with his former wife, Jonna Lemieux. Survivors include his father, Dennis Engman of Calumet; a brother, Jay (Heidi) Engman of Marquette; two sisters, April Wickstrom of Laurium and Molly; his cherished aunt, Beverly Hokenson of Marquette whom Scott lived with since 2005; one niece, Abigail Engman and a nephew, Jeffrey Engman; his former wife, Jonna Lemieux of Marquette; also surviving are aunts, uncles and cousins. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Judy and best friend, Charlie Stetter. A graveside service will be on Saturday, November 19th at 11 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Calumet with Rev. Abraham Mupparathara of Sacred Heart Catholic Church presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Suite 900, Arlington, VA 22202 in Scott's memory. The Canale-Tonella Funeral Home of Marquette is assisting the Engman family where memories may be shared at
